SiDi has just achieved the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, a prestigious global seal awarded to organizations that invest in a culture based on the valuation of their employees and the work environment. With validity of 12 months, the certification represents an important guarantee, which contributes to the attraction of talents by the company – and its strengthening as an employer brand.

“This is one of the results of the SiDi transformation process and the investments we have made in the well-being and professional growth of our more than 400 employees,” says John Yi, the institute’s superintendent. He recalls that this concern led SiDi to extend the home office at least until the end of 2020, so that its employees can work with peace and security in the pandemic scenario currently faced by the country. And, in the post-pandemic future, the strategy will continue to focus on the well-being of employees combined with the expansion of activities and the growth of SiDi.

More than 80% of the institute’s employees answered the organizational climate questionnaire that earned SiDi the Great Place to Work certification, in the first phase of the assessment journey created by this global consultancy. “This demonstrates the employees’ commitment to SiDi’s values ​​and desire to transform the world”, emphasizes John Yi. “For my part, the commitment is to do the best for SiDi and for all its employees”, he concludes.
