1. What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?

SiDi collects Personal Data by filling in certain fields and forms on its website. In particular, SiDi collects data when you fill in the form available on the website to establish any contact, send CVs and/or information relevant to the recruitment and selection process, or when you opt to receive the SiDi newsletter.

Please note that SiDi uses caching on its website to improve the User Experience, as well as statistical control of access to its platforms.

In addition, SiDi uses cookies, which are small pieces of data stored on your computer or mobile device via your browser. Some are essential for our website to function, while others are used to provide a better, faster and safer user experience.

Partners of SiDi's platforms are also used.

  • Information on the public and private entities with which the controller has shared data; - Information on the possibility of denying consent and the consequences of such denial;
  • Withdrawal of consent as provided for in §5 of Art. 8 of the LGPD.


The rights listed above can be exercised directly by you, at any time, by sending an e-mail stating "How can I contact you?".

6. Can rights be changed?

As established by law, some personal data is essential to fulfill SiDi's future and immediate legal obligations.

In this sense, if the rights of data subjects conflict with any legal obligation, SiDi will be obliged and responsible for restricting the exercise of such rights as provided for in the LGPD.

Please note that delays (in fulfilling your request) may occur if we are faced with a large number of requests to fulfill. This delay does not signify a failure on the part of SiDi to comply with its legal obligations.

In addition, SiDi will always inform data subjects of deadlines, as well as any delay due to excessive demand or any other justifiable reason.

7. How do we protect your personal data?

SiDi will implement the administrative, technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the specific risks we have identified. We protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration or modification or unauthorized disclosure or access.

8. International Data Transfer

The personal data collected when you use our website may be processed by SiDi and/or other subcontractors, always following the applicable legislation. SiDi is based in Brazil, but its subcontractors or partners may be based or process personal data in other countries. In this case, we guarantee that our subcontractors will follow this Policy.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This Policy has been drawn up on the basis of the applicable Brazilian legislation. As SiDi is an association existing under Brazilian law, Brazil is considered the competent jurisdiction to resolve any issue and/or dispute arising from this Policy.

Our privacy policy may change from time to time, and we undertake to inform you whenever these changes occur. Each time you use our website, the current version of the Policy will apply.
