Making the process of recruiting employees for vacancies in companies easier and quicker. This is the main objective of SiDx, a chatbot developed by SiDi which makes the interaction between the candidate and the Human Resources department more natural and also makes the process of hiring professionals more assertive.
Available via WhatsApp, the recruitment tool is yet another product developed by SiDi's Artificial Intelligence team to hit the market. "It's a differentiated, faster and more practical way of communicating with job candidates," says Beatriz Helena de Oliveira, HR supervisor at SiDi.
When starting a conversation with SiDx, the candidate answers a few questions that help to better define their profile. Based on the answers, the chatbot indicates the vacancy best suited to the candidate's profile, so that they can send in their CV. "This makes recruitment more assertive, since it is based on the affinity of the professional profile with the job requirements," emphasizes Beatriz. She explains that this feature is especially helpful for companies that have vacancies in different areas, with specific requirements and for professionals with different profiles - as is the case with SiDi itself, which has around 50 vacancies open in various areas.
SiDx is also already being used internally at SiDi to help the HR department answer frequent questions from the institute's employees. "We use the chatbot to answer the most common and trivial questions we receive, generally on subjects such as vacations, benefits, private pensions, continuing education, among others," says Beatriz. "These are simple questions that can be resolved quickly via chat," she concludes.
